About the charity Sight for Surrey supports people who are visually impaired, Deaf, Hard of Hearing or who have combined sight and hearing loss across the county. We offer a holistic, person-centred approach which is focused on meeting the needs of individuals and their families through projects such as rehabilitation services, children and young people’s recreation programmes, community outreach, volunteering & home visitors, ICT training and access to employment schemes. Each year we support thousands of people to challenge their impairment and live fuller and more independent lives. Our events We have been organising events for Sight for Surrey since 2012 including Mount Kinabalu and Mount Kilimanjaro Challenge. We have the organised the following events for 2017 and would love to organise a specific Snowden Challenge with a small team of sensory impaired individuals. Please contact us if you are interested in being involved with these, or any other, events.
